You are purchasing a software subscription to HighLevel complete with a custom-built and trained AI bot and custom-built workflows to help you maximize your team's effectiveness in managing your leads.

Some clients may also purchase advertising services from us. We advertise on TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube. Each advertising channel is an additional $1,000+ a month for us to manage.

With your purchase of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, you will also receive services that include instructions or setup of your website chat bot, integration assistance to Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Calendar integration, Customized workflows for your company, a customized, trained AI bot that can respond to specific questions about yor company, Training on HighLevel, and other services as deemed individually neccessary to assist in your onboarding.

The level of services you purchase will determine whether we guide you in setting up certain specifics or whether we do it for you (for example, providing instructions for adding a customized chatbot to your website versus us adding it for you on your cpanel)

Insightful Leads does not guarantee that you will recieve any specific amount of leads unless your company qualifies for our lead guarantee. If your company qualifies, you will be provided with the Insightful Leads Guarantee of New Leads in the next 30 days. Only businesses that meet specific criteria qualify for this guarantee.

Instead, we will create the systems and foundation for your business to be able to better capture and respond to existing leads coming into you website, calling you on the phone, or reaching out via email or social media.

We do not run database ractivation campaigns unless you specifically purchase that service and sign our agreement.

You can cancel 7 days in advance of your billing cycle by emailing us at annemariad@insightfulleads.com or by texting us to 208-505-9699. If you text us, we will require additional information such as your account name, your name (you must be an authorized administrator on the acocunt), and the date you wish to cancel.

We provide advertising services through our ad partners. It is important to note that advertising services have additional monthly costs for every advertising channel you hire us to manage. Each advertising channel costs starts at a$1,000 per month minimun for us to manage. Advertising channels break down as follows: Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/ Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn

For most advertising channels, you may start to see leads coming in as soon as 2 weeks to 30 days after the ads have gone live. On average, it takes 3-5 months for businesses to maximize their ads performance. We manage ads on a twice weekly schedule to make sure your ads are perfoming optimally.

As a general rule, the ad channel you choose will determine how many, and what quality of leads you get from your ads. Potential clients use each advertising channel differently and so some channels may provide you with faster leads, while other channels may take longer to get leads, bu the leads may be of a higher quality. We can discuss the pros and cons of each advertising channel with you in regards to your industry in a consultaiton.
